Ingredients
- 1 pound deli roast beef
- 1 - chopped onion
- 1 - chopped bell pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sargentos 3 cheese blend
- 4 tablespoons dales sauce or moores marinade
- - hoagie rolls
How To Make hot roast beef and cheese sandwich

Step 1saute onion and bell pepper in butter until soft then add 2 Tbs dales sauce. Chop roast beef and add to onion mixture and heat until roast beef is hot. Add remaining 2 tbs dales sauce. Turn off heat and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover until cheese melts. Serve on hoagie rolls
