This tastes SOOO good. I have had this recipe for over 25 years. Mrs Goertz use to make this a lot. She had 4 boys to fill up. When I first asked for the recipe, I was surprised at the ingredients.

- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cans tomato sauce (small)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 1 package taco seasoning
- - corn chips
- - lettuce
- - tomato
- - sour cream
- - black olives
How To Make hot mexican salad

Step 1Brown ground beef and pour off grease. Add tomato sauce, soups, and taco seasoning. Heat until warm.

Step 2In individual bowls, make a bed of corn chips and lettuce. Pour some hot mixture over the top.

Step 3Garnish with tomato, sour cream, olives, what ever Mexican style toppings you like.
