This tastes SOOO good. I have had this recipe for over 25 years. Mrs Goertz use to make this a lot. She had 4 boys to fill up. When I first asked for the recipe, I was surprised at the ingredients.

taco seasoning
corn chips
lettuce
tomato
sour cream
black olives

How to Make Hot Mexican Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown ground beef and pour off grease. Add tomato sauce, soups, and taco seasoning. Heat until warm.
  • 2In individual bowls, make a bed of corn chips and lettuce. Pour some hot mixture over the top.
  • 3Garnish with tomato, sour cream, olives, what ever Mexican style toppings you like.
