- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon garlic and herb seasoning
- 1 pound mushrooms, diced
- 2 packages brown gravy
- 2 packages instant mashed potatoes
- 8 slices white or wheat bread
How To Make hot hamburgers with mashed potatoes

Step 1Mix the ground beef with the chopped onion and seasoning. Form into 4 1/4 pound patties. Cook in frying pan until cooked through.

Step 2Make the mashed potatoes and gravy. Sautee the mushrooms in butter. Toast the bread.

Step 3Top the toast with the ground beef patty, brown gravy and sauteed mushrooms. Serve with mashed potatoes.
