How To Make hot dog chili
-
Step 1Homemade broth has less sodium and more flavor!!! Warm stock, add all ingredients and simmer on low for about 20 min. Taste and adjust (add more) any seasonings as needed. To thicken mix 2-3 tbsp of corn flour to enough HOT water (1/2 - 1) to make a paste, make sure all lumps are dissolved. Add to sauce, whisk to combine and simmer on very low for about 15 min. longer. If it's not thick enough for your taste, repeat.
