- 3 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 pounds regular ground beef
- 1 pound onions
- 4 ounces chilli powder
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 1/3 jar chopped ready to use garlic
- 2 ounces 6 oz cans of tomato paste
- 1 ounce 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 pint tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1 - 24 oz bottle ketchup
- 3 cups water

Step 1Brown the hamburger meat in a heavy skillet and drain off all fat.Put ground beef and all of rest of the ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.Turn heat down and simmer for several hours 4 to 5 but longer improves flavor .Stir often to keep from sticking or burning .This chilli is good with your favorite beans.
