When I make taverns I brown all the hamburger with a lot of onions. Add beef broth and some hot damn sauce. Goes over big time with family and friends.

Ingredients For hot damn sauce for taverns

1 stickbutter

1 cbrown sugar

1/2 cred wine vinegar

1 cantomato paste

1/4 choney
-
1/4 coyster sauce

2 Tbsponion powder, or to taste

4 Tbsphoney mustard

3 Tbspcinnamon

2 Tbspchipotle peppers in adobe sauce, minced

2 chot damn schnapps
How To Make hot damn sauce for taverns

1Start with melting the butter. Add brown sugar. Stir.

2Slowly add each ingredient in order given, stirring all the time.

3Bring to a rolling boil. Boil until it starts to reduce down. It will cook all the alcohol out and just leave the flavor.

4Adjust flavors to taste.

5Let cool. I use this when I make taverns with some beef broth added.
