hot damn sauce for taverns
When I make taverns I brown all the hamburger with a lot of onions. Add beef broth and some hot damn sauce. Goes over big time with family and friends.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons onion powder, or to taste
- 4 tablespoons honey mustard
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobe sauce, minced
- 2 cups hot damn schnapps
How To Make hot damn sauce for taverns

Step 1Start with melting the butter. Add brown sugar. Stir.

Step 2Slowly add each ingredient in order given, stirring all the time.

Step 3Bring to a rolling boil. Boil until it starts to reduce down. It will cook all the alcohol out and just leave the flavor.

Step 4Adjust flavors to taste.

Step 5Let cool. I use this when I make taverns with some beef broth added.
