Ingredients
- 2 pounds 80/20 ground chuck
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can regular sized can of petite diced tomatoes w/green chilies
- 1 jar small jar (8oz) of pace hot picante sauce
- 1 large large tube of saltine crackers (2 cups)
- 2 packages mccormick taco mix (regular, medium, or hot)
How To Make hot and spicy meatloaf

Step 1Mix meat together in large bowl by hand

Step 2Add the three eggs to bowl and mix together well

Step 3Add the one can of well drained tomatoes to the bowl and mix well

Step 4Add the one small jar of Pace picante sauce to the bowl and mix well

Step 5Add the two packages of McCormick taco seasoning mix to the bow and mix well

Step 6Put the tube of crackers into a large plastic bag and pulverize

Step 7Add the pulverized crackers to the bowl and mix well together

Step 8Spray one metal loaf pan with Pam cooking spray

Step 9Add the meat loaf mix to the loaf pan

Step 10Top the meat loaf mix with your choice of either ketchup, BBQ sauce ect

Step 11Cook on the middle oven rack at 375 degrees for one hour

Step 12*you can also substitute one pound of veal or pork sausage for one pound of beef

Step 13Please note that this receipe will only work in a metal loaf pan.
