Real easy crockpot meal that can cook all day and will be ready at supper time.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds choice cut of beef, like shoulder roast, rump roast, or sirloin roast
  • 1 can campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans veg-all regular cut (drained)
  • 1 can large can of bush’s chili beans (drained)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make hot and spicy beef stew

  • Step 1
    Cut roast into ¼ to ½ inch strips and place in bottom of crock pot
  • Step 2
    Measure and sprinkle seasons over the cut up pieces of roast
  • Step 3
    Add cream of mushroom soup (no water added)
  • Step 4
    Add two cans of Veg All to the pot
  • Step 5
    Add one can of chili beans to the pot
  • Step 6
    Mix all the ingredients together in the crock pot
  • Step 7
    Cook on low setting for 8 hours
