Ingredients
-
3 lbchoice cut of beef, like shoulder roast, rump roast, or sirloin roast

1 can(s)campbell’s cream of mushroom soup

2 can(s)veg-all regular cut (drained)

1 can(s)large can of bush’s chili beans (drained)

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsponion powder
-
1 tsppaprika powder

1 tspchipotle pepper powder

1/4 tspcoarse sea salt

1/4 tspblack pepper
How to Make HOT AND SPICY BEEF STEW
- Cut roast into ¼ to ½ inch strips and place in bottom of crock pot
- Measure and sprinkle seasons over the cut up pieces of roast
- Add cream of mushroom soup (no water added)
- Add two cans of Veg All to the pot
- Add one can of chili beans to the pot
- Mix all the ingredients together in the crock pot
- Cook on low setting for 8 hours
