Ingredients

3 lb
choice cut of beef, like shoulder roast, rump roast, or sirloin roast
1 can(s)
campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
2 can(s)
veg-all regular cut (drained)
1 can(s)
large can of bush’s chili beans (drained)
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
paprika powder
1 tsp
chipotle pepper powder
1/4 tsp
coarse sea salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper

How to Make HOT AND SPICY BEEF STEW

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut roast into ¼ to ½ inch strips and place in bottom of crock pot
  • 2Measure and sprinkle seasons over the cut up pieces of roast
  • 3Add cream of mushroom soup (no water added)
  • 4Add two cans of Veg All to the pot
  • 5Add one can of chili beans to the pot
  • 6Mix all the ingredients together in the crock pot
  • 7Cook on low setting for 8 hours
