Ingredients

    ground beef or turkey
  • 3/4 c
    uncooked old-fashioned regular oatmeal
  • 1
    large onion (or i like dried minced onion)
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 2
    large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 2 tsp
    spicy brown mustard

How to Make Horseradish Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. COMBINE first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Form meat mixture into a loaf and place in 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. COMBINE 1/2 cup ketchup, brown sugar, 1 Tablespoon horseradish, and mustard in a small bowl, stirring well. Spoon half of ketchup mixture over top of meat loaf. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees, for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Spoon remaining ketchup mixture over meat loaf, and bake 10 more minutes. Remove to a serving platter.
