mccormick montreal seasoning
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
creamy horseradish
1 tsp
dried italian herbs
2-1/2 lb
london broil steak, 1"-thick
sliced scallions for garnish

How to Make Horseradish-dijon london broil


  • 1Position broiler rack so that top of meat in pan is 4" from heat. Preheat broiler.
  • 2In bowl, combine the montreal seasonings, mustard, horseradish and italian herbs, rub over both sides of steak.
  • 3Place steak in broiler pan and broil, turning once, for 8-10 mins, or until medium rare. Sprinkle w/ scallions before serving.
