Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons mccormick montreal seasoning
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon creamy horseradish
- 1 teaspoon dried italian herbs
- 2-1/2 pound london broil steak, 1"-thick
- - sliced scallions for garnish
How To Make horseradish-dijon london broil

Step 1Position broiler rack so that top of meat in pan is 4" from heat. Preheat broiler.

Step 2In bowl, combine the montreal seasonings, mustard, horseradish and italian herbs, rub over both sides of steak.

Step 3Place steak in broiler pan and broil, turning once, for 8-10 mins, or until medium rare. Sprinkle w/ scallions before serving.
