How to Make Horseradish-dijon london broil
- 1Position broiler rack so that top of meat in pan is 4" from heat. Preheat broiler.
- 2In bowl, combine the montreal seasonings, mustard, horseradish and italian herbs, rub over both sides of steak.
- 3Place steak in broiler pan and broil, turning once, for 8-10 mins, or until medium rare. Sprinkle w/ scallions before serving.
