- 2 tablespoons horseradish
How To Make horseradish beef sandwiches

Step 1HORSERADISH SAUCE: Mix sour cream and horseradish together. Adjust the amount of horseradish to your personal taste.

Step 2Spread horseradish sauce on 2 slices of the bread; top with beef, beets and lettuce.

Step 3Spread mayonnaise on remaining 2 slices of bread; place over lettuce.
