i got this so long ago, i do not know who to give credit for. at the last minute you add a little pasta. there are a lot of ingredients but its worth it. don't leave out one because it makes a difference.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    hamburger
  • 2 c
    onions
  • 2 c
    celery, chop fine
  • 3
    cloves of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 4 c
    tomato juice
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato soup
  • 1
    soup can of water
  • 1 can(s)
    beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 can(s)
    large can of chili beans
  • 1/2 c
    uncooked spaghetti, broken
  • ·
    sharp cheddar for garnish

How to Make hoosier chili

Step-by-Step

  1. brown the hamburger. add all the ingredients except the spaghetti. half hour before serving add the broken spaghetti or macaroni. stir. i usually make this the night before because its much better after it has had a chance for the flavors to blend.
