Ingredients
- 4 small sweet peppers, diced
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 3-4 tablespoons butter
- 1 package sausages or bratwurst
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2-3 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
How To Make honey mustard sausages with mashed potatos

Step 1In a large pan melt butter over med high heat. Add sausage or bratwurst and cook until brown.

Step 2Add the onions and peppers and cook until softened. Remove sausage from pan and set aside.

Step 3Add garlic and red pepper flakes stir in the flour and cook for a minute. Whisk in the chicken stock and continue to stir.

Step 4Stir in Dijon mustard and honey. Add the sausages back in and simmer on low for 3-4 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Step 5Serve with mashed potatoes.
