Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 - garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 pounds beef strips
- 10 ounces snow pea pods, trimmed
- 2 - zucchini, chopped
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- PINEAPPLE SALSA
- 1/2 - fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, snipped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 - fresh red chile, chopped
How To Make honey beef with pineapple salsa

Step 1Heat oil in wok over medium heat.

Step 2Add sesame seeds and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden.

Step 3Remove from wok and set aside.

Step 4Add beef to wok.

Step 5Stir fry 2 minutes or until brown.

Step 6Add snow peas, honey and soy and oyster sauces.

Step 7Return sesame seed mixture to wok and stir fry for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens.

Step 8To make salsa, place pineapple, sugar, chives, lime juice and chilli in a bowl.

Step 9Toss to combine.

Step 10Serve with beef.
