You can substitute edamame beans for snow peas, and I put this over rice. My family loves this

vegetable oil
2 Tbsp
sesame seeds
garlic cloves, crushed
2 lb
beef strips
10 oz
snow pea pods, trimmed
zucchini, chopped
3 tsp
1 tsp
oyster sauce
2 Tbsp
soy sauce


fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, chopped
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
fresh chives, snipped
2 Tbsp
lime juice
fresh red chile, chopped

How to Make Honey Beef with Pineapple Salsa


  • 1Heat oil in wok over medium heat.
  • 2Add sesame seeds and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden.
  • 3Remove from wok and set aside.
  • 4Add beef to wok.
  • 5Stir fry 2 minutes or until brown.
  • 6Add snow peas, honey and soy and oyster sauces.
  • 7Return sesame seed mixture to wok and stir fry for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  • 8To make salsa, place pineapple, sugar, chives, lime juice and chilli in a bowl.
  • 9Toss to combine.
  • 10Serve with beef.
