Ingredients For honey beef with pineapple salsa

2 tspvegetable oil

2 Tbsplime juice

2 Tbspfresh chives, snipped

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1/2fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, chopped
- PINEAPPLE SALSA

2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 tspoyster sauce
-
3 tsphoney
-
2zucchini, chopped
-
10 ozsnow pea pods, trimmed

2 lbbeef strips
-
2garlic cloves, crushed
-
2 Tbspsesame seeds

1fresh red chile, chopped
How To Make honey beef with pineapple salsa

1Heat oil in wok over medium heat.

2Add sesame seeds and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden.

3Remove from wok and set aside.

4Add beef to wok.

5Stir fry 2 minutes or until brown.

6Add snow peas, honey and soy and oyster sauces.

7Return sesame seed mixture to wok and stir fry for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens.

8To make salsa, place pineapple, sugar, chives, lime juice and chilli in a bowl.

9Toss to combine.

10Serve with beef.
