Ingredients
- 1-2 pound flip steak
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
- - soy sauce, low sodium, to taste
- - water, to taste
- - sugar, to taste
How To Make homemade pepper steak w/ rice

Step 1Wash and cut your steak into strips.

Step 2Season your steak with meat tendrizer, black pepper, onion powder and lawrey's seasoning salt.

Step 3Fry in saucepan till brown.

Step 4Add onion and bean sprouts and cook 15 mintues.

Step 5Add green pepper last and cook 5 more minutes.

Step 6Add soy sauce, water and sugar to taste.

Step 7Serve over rice!
