flip steak
1 medium
green pepper
1 medium
1 can(s)
bean sprouts, drained
soy sauce, low sodium, to taste
water, to taste
sugar, to taste

How to Make Homemade Pepper Steak w/ Rice


  • 1Wash and cut your steak into strips.
  • 2Season your steak with meat tendrizer, black pepper, onion powder and lawrey's seasoning salt.
  • 3Fry in saucepan till brown.
  • 4Add onion and bean sprouts and cook 15 mintues.
  • 5Add green pepper last and cook 5 more minutes.
  • 6Add soy sauce, water and sugar to taste.
  • 7Serve over rice!
