Ingredients
- 1-2 pound ground chuck or ground round
- 1 can 6 oz tomato paste
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
How To Make homemade hotdog chili

Step 1Brown meat in a large skillet. Drain off the fat and transfer meat to a medium sauce pan.

Step 2Add tomato paste and using the can, add one can of water. Stir until well mixed. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir again. Cover and simmer on low for about 30 minutes.

Step 3Serve on hotdogs, hamburgers (chili burgers)

Step 4For chili beans -- add two cans of red kidney beans.
