This is better than hamburger helper. Can use a bigger pot after you cook hamburger. I added a little more broth while it was cooking.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 3 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1 can sliced potatoes drained

Step 1Brown ground beef in skillet.Add onion and spices and garlic cook about 2 minutes.

Step 2Stir in worcestershire sauce. Stir and cook 1 minute.

Step 3Pour in beef broth soup and noodles. Cook 15 to 20 minutes covered.

Step 4When done add sour cream.
