Ingredients

4 lbground chuck
-
3 largeonions, chopped

2 mediumbell peppers, chopped

3celery stalks, diced

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 1/2 ozchili powder

4 Tbspcumin

1 tspgarlic salt

1 tsponion powder

1 tspmrs. dash seasoning

8 Tbspflour
-
1/2 ccool water
-
1 can(s)beef broth
-
1 can(s)pinto beans, ranch style
How to Make Homemade Chili
- Brown meat in a dutch oven sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Drain any grease.
- Add onions, bell pepper, and celery. Cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat or until wilted. Add minced garlic, chopped jalapeno,chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, onion powder, and Mrs. Dash.
Continue cooking for about 5 minutes. - Blend flour in water until thoroughly dissolved. Add to meat mixture. Add beef broth and mix well. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Add beans and simmer for 30 minutes.
