Ingredients
- 4 pounds ground chuck
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 2 medium bell peppers, chopped
- 3 - celery stalks, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 ounces chili powder
- 4 tablespoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon mrs. dash seasoning
- 8 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup cool water
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can pinto beans, ranch style
How To Make homemade chili

Step 1Brown meat in a dutch oven sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Drain any grease.

Step 2Add onions, bell pepper, and celery. Cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat or until wilted. Add minced garlic, chopped jalapeno,chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, onion powder, and Mrs. Dash. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes.

Step 3Blend flour in water until thoroughly dissolved. Add to meat mixture. Add beef broth and mix well. Cook for 20 minutes.

Step 4Add beans and simmer for 30 minutes.
