These enchiladas taste so good. You can add as many toppings as you like.

Ingredients

  • HOME MADE SAUCE

  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    chille powder
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • dash(es)
    paprika
  • LAYER CORN TORTILLAS WITH

  • pkg
    corn tortillas
  • 1/2 to 1 lb
    hamburger, browned (depending on the amount of people your serving.
  • 1 small
    to medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 8 oz
    each cheddar, and mozzarella cheese
  • SIDES

  • ·
    lettuce, sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, or any other sides you like.

How to Make Home Made Enchiladas

Step-by-Step

  1. In medium sauce pan, on medium heat add oil, flour, and chille powder. Start to add water mix well.
  2. Add tomato sauce, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, & paprika, mix well lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. remove from heat
  3. On a plate lay a tortilla spread about 2 tablespoons of the sauce, layer the beef,onions, cheddar, & mozzarella cheeses. Repeat as many layers as you like.
  4. Place in microwave, heat for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. add sides and enjoy.
