These enchiladas taste so good. You can add as many toppings as you like.

Ingredients

  • HOME MADE SAUCE
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons chille powder
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • dash paprika
  • LAYER CORN TORTILLAS WITH
  • package corn tortillas
  • 1/2 to 1 pounds hamburger, browned (depending on the amount of people your serving.
  • 1 small to medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 8 ounces each cheddar, and mozzarella cheese
  • SIDES
  • - lettuce, sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, or any other sides you like.

How To Make home made enchiladas

  • Step 1
    In medium sauce pan, on medium heat add oil, flour, and chille powder. Start to add water mix well.
  • Step 2
    Add tomato sauce, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, & paprika, mix well lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. remove from heat
  • Step 3
    On a plate lay a tortilla spread about 2 tablespoons of the sauce, layer the beef,onions, cheddar, & mozzarella cheeses. Repeat as many layers as you like.
  • Step 4
    Place in microwave, heat for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. add sides and enjoy.
