- HOME MADE SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons chille powder
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- dash paprika
- LAYER CORN TORTILLAS WITH
- package corn tortillas
- 1/2 to 1 pounds hamburger, browned (depending on the amount of people your serving.
- 1 small to medium onion (chopped)
- 1 8 ounces each cheddar, and mozzarella cheese
- SIDES
- - lettuce, sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, or any other sides you like.
How To Make home made enchiladas

Step 1In medium sauce pan, on medium heat add oil, flour, and chille powder. Start to add water mix well.

Step 2Add tomato sauce, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, & paprika, mix well lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. remove from heat

Step 3On a plate lay a tortilla spread about 2 tablespoons of the sauce, layer the beef,onions, cheddar, & mozzarella cheeses. Repeat as many layers as you like.

Step 4Place in microwave, heat for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. add sides and enjoy.
