HOME MADE SAUCE

2 Tbsp
vegetable oil
3 Tbsp
flour
2 1/2 Tbsp
chille powder
1 1/2 c
water
1 8 oz
tomato sauce
1/8 tsp
ground cumin
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
1/8 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
dash(es)
paprika

LAYER CORN TORTILLAS WITH

pkg
corn tortillas
1/2 to 1 lb
hamburger, browned (depending on the amount of people your serving.
1 small
to medium onion (chopped)
1 8 oz
each cheddar, and mozzarella cheese

SIDES

lettuce, sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, or any other sides you like.

How to Make Home Made Enchiladas

Step-by-Step

  • 1In medium sauce pan, on medium heat add oil, flour, and chille powder. Start to add water mix well.
  • 2Add tomato sauce, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, & paprika, mix well lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. remove from heat
  • 3On a plate lay a tortilla spread about 2 tablespoons of the sauce, layer the beef,onions, cheddar, & mozzarella cheeses. Repeat as many layers as you like.
  • 4Place in microwave, heat for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. add sides and enjoy.
