Ingredients
- 3 pounds hb meat, i use 90% lean
- 1 - large onion coarsely chopped
- 5 tablespoons of mexican chili powder
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin salt and pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can stewed sliced tomatoes
- 1-3 FRESH JALAPENOS IF DESIRED CHOPPED FINELY

Step 1Brown meat with onions until done. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat 5-6 hours. Add water during the process to keep the consistency of a thick soup.
