Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 4 cups baby carrots
- 4 cups potatoes cubed
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 dash salt
How To Make hobo-sacks

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Get a sheet about 12"x12" and lay it out on the counter.

Step 2Divide your meat into 1/4 lb sections like you were making hamburger patties. Lay meat in center of foil. Arrange potatoes and carrots arround meat. Add a slice of onion on top and sprinle with salt and pepper.

Step 3When you are finished. Grap onto all 4 corners of foil and squeese together forming a tent or "Hobo-Sack"

Step 4Place in the oven on the rack or on a cookie sheet and cook for about an hour to hour and 20mins.
