This is a quick and easy recipe. has veggies and meat. Can add dairy ( like cheese) after you unwrap it.But we don't add cheese as it just adds more calorie. This is good for diabetics or a person who is watching their diet. One word of warning. If on a diet you need to place this on a rack and on a cookie sheet. Poke holes in the bottom so all the grease runs out. It does have a lot of grease in it.I usually don't do this. I just lift it up with a pancake turner and place on the plate.

  • 3Take a piece of Reynolds wrap that is large enough to fold around the hamburger. Fold it up and seal it on top so grease wont run all over oven.
