This is a quick and easy recipe. has veggies and meat. Can add dairy ( like cheese) after you unwrap it.But we don't add cheese as it just adds more calorie. This is good for diabetics or a person who is watching their diet. One word of warning. If on a diet you need to place this on a rack and on a cookie sheet. Poke holes in the bottom so all the grease runs out. It does have a lot of grease in it.I usually don't do this. I just lift it up with a pancake turner and place on the plate.

  • Step 2
Take a small amount of the onions, small amount of carrots, potatoes and celery. Place them on top of the hamburger make sure your ridge is high enough to hold all the veggies.
  • Step 3
Take a piece of Reynolds wrap that is large enough to fold around the hamburger. Fold it up and seal it on top so grease wont run all over oven.

Place on cookie sheet to bake. Bake at 350 to 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on your oven. Take out of oven. Using a pancake turner lift out and place on plate.

You can serve this with a salad. We like french bread warmed in oven with butter and topped with parmasan cheese.
