My mother used to make these all the time. It is inexpensive to make and quick for the women that don't have a lot of time in the kitchen.

How to Make Hobo Dinner

Step-by-Step

  1. Tear aluminum foil to make seperate pouches.
  2. Make hamburger patties
  3. peel and slice potatoes over to pattie and slice onion over to pattie and potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with roasted garlic and herb seasoning or the seasoning of your choice
  5. Close up your foil pouches and place on oven safe pan.
  6. Bakeon 350. Check to see if potatoes are done.
  7. Serve and enjoy!!!
