1Mix all ingredients, except steaks, in a shallow glass or plastic dish or in a large resealable heavy duty plastic bag. Add steaks and coat with marinade. Refrigerate 15-30 minutes, turning beef once.
2Remove from marinade and grill 4-5" from coals for 10-15 minutes for medium doneness, turning once. (If you have a gas grill, you're on your own. I don't know much about cooking on a gas grill.) Cut beef diagonally across grain into thin slices.
