Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano or 2 tbsp. dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 - flank steaks (about 1 1/2 pounds each)
How To Make herbed flank steak

Step 1Mix all ingredients, except steaks, in a shallow glass or plastic dish or in a large resealable heavy duty plastic bag. Add steaks and coat with marinade. Refrigerate 15-30 minutes, turning beef once.

Step 2Remove from marinade and grill 4-5" from coals for 10-15 minutes for medium doneness, turning once. (If you have a gas grill, you're on your own. I don't know much about cooking on a gas grill.) Cut beef diagonally across grain into thin slices.
