1 1/2 lbhamburger,cooked and drained

1 largeonion,chopped,and cooked with hamburger

3 ccooked and drained egg noodles

1 can(s)mushroom soup
-
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
-
1 csour cream
-
TOPPING
-
1 stickbutter
-
5slices of bread,chopped up
How to Make HELENS CASSEROLE
- MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER EXCEPT THE TOPPING,AND PLACE IN A 9 BY 13 INCH BAKING DISH.
- MELT THE BUTTER IN A SKILLET,AND ADD THE BREAD,COOK TILL SATURATED WITH THE BUTTER,TAKE OFF THE HEAT.PLACE THIS ON TOP OF YOUR CASSEROLE,SPREAD ALL OVER.
- BAKE IN 350 DEGREE OVEN,TILL TOP IS LIGHTLY BROWNED AND CASSEROLE IS BUBBLY,USUALLY AROUND 20 MINUTES.
