heinz 57 meatloaf
I created this to "jazz" up regular meatloaf. Sure smells good when it's cooking! Tastes great too !! (I don't add salt because the saltines and the soup mix have salt in them).

- 1 1/2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
- 1 - egg
- 1 package beefy onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons heinz 57 sauce
- 1 - sleeve of saltines,crushed, regular or unsalted, your choice
- 1 pinch pepper
- TOPPING

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix hamburger, egg, soup mix, pepper, W-sauce, 57 sauce; cracker crumbs. Shape into a loaf, put into a small oval/ rectangle shaped pan..

Step 3Cook 45 mins. Let stand 10 mins. before you slice it
