This is a delicious stew that my family loves. It is comforting on those long cold nights and makes enough to feed a crowd! Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 large onions,chopped
- 1 (46 oz.) bottle tomato juice or vegetable juice cocktail
- 1 quart chicken stock or broth; more if needed
- 6 medium potatoes,diced
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 2 cups frozen lima beans
- 4 cloves garlic,minced
- 2-3 teaspoons seasoned salt ( lawry's recommended)
- 1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon ac'cent,optional
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper,or to taste
- 1-2 - bay leaves
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 can diced tomatoes,with juice
- 1 can light kidney beans,drained and rinsed
- 1 can dark kidney beans,drained and rinsed
- 1 can green beans,drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn,drained
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley,optional
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
How To Make hamburger stew

Step 1In a large skillet,brown ground beef and onions until crumbly and no longer pink;drain grease.

Step 2In a large stock pot,add meat mixture and remaining ingredients except for the cooked macaroni,kidney beans,green beans and parsley.

Step 3Bring to a low boil over medium-high heat.Reduce heat to low,cover, and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender;stirring often to prevent sticking.

Step 4Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
