  • 1 can campbells cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 package fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup self rising flour
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • Step 1
    SALT AND PEPPER CUBED STEAK COAT CUBED STEAK IN 3/4 CUP FLOUR
  • Step 2
    SEAR BOTH SIDES OF MEAT IN VEGTABLE OIL
  • Step 3
    REMOVE FROM PAN, PLACE CUBED STEAK IN CROCKPOT
  • Step 4
    DICE ONION AND ADD TO PAN THAT CUBED STEAK WAS SEARED IN.
  • Step 5
    ADD MUSHROOMS COOKING TILL ONIONS ARE TRANSPARANT.
  • Step 6
    ADD FLOUR STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL FLOUR IS LIGHT BROWN IN COLOR
  • Step 7
    ADD WATER STIRRING TILL GRAVY IS THICKENED. ADD TO CROCKPOT
