This is delicious and simple. Serve it with a garden salad and a nice loaf of crusty bread. The boys in my house rave over it.

Ingredients
- 4 - carrots sliced 1/4' rounds
- 4 - potatoes cubed
- 3 - stalks celery chopped
- 1 - onion diced
- 4-5 - cloves garlic sliced
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 - 1-11/2' thick round steaks fat trimmed cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
- 2 tablespoons dried parsely
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup beef bouillon or red wine
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 package knorr swiss brown gravy
- 1 large can diced tomatoes in tomato sauce ( muir glen or your favorite)

Step 1Chop and dice all vegetables. Cut meat into 1-11/2 inch cubes trim any fat off as well.Put all ingredients into crock pot add 1 cup of water and stir cover cook on low for 5-6 hours, or until tender. Add peas last 1/2 hour of cooking. If needed increase cooking time.
