Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds ground beef
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon each.garlic salt & salt
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 can cut green beans,drained
- 1 - tube crescent rolls
- 1 - egg,slightly beaten
- 2 cups shredded moterey jack cheese
- - paprika
How To Make hearty beef crescent pie

Step 1Heat oven to 375,in a large skillet,brown beef,green pepper and onion;drain.Add garlic salt,salt tomato sauce and green beans,simmer.

Step 2Separate dough into 8 triangles,place on an ungreased 9in. pie plate.Press firmly over bottom and up sides,sealing perforations.

Step 3In a small bowl,combine the egg and 1 cup of cheese.Spread over the bottom of crust.Spoon hot meat mixture over cheese.Sprinkle with remaining cheese and a dash of paprika.

Step 4Bake for 20 min.or until crust is golden brown.Let stand for 5 min.
