Ingredients
- 2 pounds chuck cubes (stew meat)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can v8 vegetable juice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 - 1 packet swanson flavor booster, beef
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 - potatoes, any kind, cubed
- 2 bags frozen mixed vegetables
- - salt and pepper
- 2 - bay leaves, dried
How To Make hearty and easy crock pot beef stew

Step 1Salt and pepper meat. Heat the olive oil in a sautee pan, add the meat, cook until just browned. Drain. Put the meat in the crock pot. Put in potatoes and vegetables. Combine V8, cream of celery soup, worcestershire and flavor booster. Pour over everything, add the bay leaves. Cook on low all day (6-8 hours).
