- 2 - chopped onions
- 2 - bell peppers, diced
- 2 - minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, crushed

Step 1Trim beef of all visible fat.

Step 2Cut into 1/2 inch cubes.

Step 3Place meat in crockpot and stir in tomato paste to completely coat the meat.

Step 4Add remaining ingredients and stir to blend well.

Step 5Do not add any additional liquid.

Step 6Cover and cook for 12 hours on low heat.

Step 7When done you can skin any remaining fat from surface.
