Flavorful twist to the grilled burger. Good with or without a bun!

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp
    italian dressing
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 can(s)
    pineapple slices
  • 6 slice

  • 3/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Hawaiian Hamburgers


  1. Mix meat, dressing, salt and pepper together and make patties. (About 1/3 of a pound each) Push in pineapple slice and wrap patty with slice of bacon.
  2. Use toothpick to secure. Set aside in 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Mix meranade ingredients together and pour over patties. Chill for 2 hours. (NO MORE THAN 2 HOURS!) Grill hamburgers, watching carefully not to over-cook.
