I saw this done on a T.V show for pork but i figured this cant be bad on beef, i wasnt wrong!

Ingredients For hawaiian fajitas

1whole fresh pineapple, cored & sliced into chunks

1 canpineapple chunks

1/4 cworcestershire sauce
-
3 lbloin steaks
-
1 Tbspgarlic powder
-
1 Tbspparsley

3 lgbell peppers

1 jarsalsa, mild

4 ozcanned mushrooms
How To Make hawaiian fajitas

1Slice steaks thinly. Marinate steaks slices in the pineapple juice, pineapple chunks, worc. sauce, parsley & garlic overnight. ( the acidity helps tenderize the meat & soak up the flavors overnight)

2Slice peppers & pineapple thinly, add mushrooms. Cook on med heat until tender.

3Cook steaks strips in a wok on 350 (or any large skillet) until done.

4Serve on tortillas with lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa & Franks red hot sauce (or any hot sauce of your choice)
