I was watching a cooking show quite a while ago, they were making these amazing burgers and it looked so good. It is the perfect blend of spicy and sweet wrapped up in a Burger!! Who wouldn't love that?!!I have tweaked the recipe to my own family's liking. They are so big and flavorful you really don't need a side dish. I use spray butter on the pineapple, found it works better. I have a family of 7 so I double this recipe.
