  • 2 can(s)
    15 oz. mary kitchen roast beef hash
  • 1 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/4 c
    sliced green onions
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    biscuit mix

How to Make Hash Quiche


  1. Combine hash and 1 egg. Press into lightly greased 9 1/2" deep pie panto form crust
  2. sprinkle cheese, celery and half of the onions over hash
  3. Mix remaining eggs, biscuit mix and milk until quite smooth
  4. pour over all. sprinkle with remaining onions
  5. bake at 375 degrees 35 to 40 minutes or until center is firm
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting
