Ingredients

15 oz. mary kitchen roast beef hash
1 c
shredded swiss cheese
1 c
chopped celery
1/4 c
sliced green onions
4
eggs, beaten
1 c
milk
1/2 c
biscuit mix

How to Make Hash Quiche

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine hash and 1 egg. Press into lightly greased 9 1/2" deep pie panto form crust
  • 2sprinkle cheese, celery and half of the onions over hash
  • 3Mix remaining eggs, biscuit mix and milk until quite smooth
  • 4pour over all. sprinkle with remaining onions
  • 5bake at 375 degrees 35 to 40 minutes or until center is firm
  • 6Let stand 5 minutes before cutting
