Found this magazine clipping in an old book. The picture with is looks quite yummy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans 15 oz. mary kitchen roast beef hash
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix

How To Make hash quiche

  • Step 1
    Combine hash and 1 egg. Press into lightly greased 9 1/2" deep pie panto form crust
  • Step 2
    sprinkle cheese, celery and half of the onions over hash
  • Step 3
    Mix remaining eggs, biscuit mix and milk until quite smooth
  • Step 4
    pour over all. sprinkle with remaining onions
  • Step 5
    bake at 375 degrees 35 to 40 minutes or until center is firm
  • Step 6
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting
