Ingredients
- 2 cans 15 oz. mary kitchen roast beef hash
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup biscuit mix
How To Make hash quiche

Step 1Combine hash and 1 egg. Press into lightly greased 9 1/2" deep pie panto form crust

Step 2sprinkle cheese, celery and half of the onions over hash

Step 3Mix remaining eggs, biscuit mix and milk until quite smooth

Step 4pour over all. sprinkle with remaining onions

Step 5bake at 375 degrees 35 to 40 minutes or until center is firm

Step 6Let stand 5 minutes before cutting
