Hamburger tater tot casserole

I'm putting this here because I have forgotten or lost so many recipes that my husband really likes. Now I won't lose it.
This is now one of his favorites.

hamburger meat
1 can(s)
corn 15 oz
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes 15 oz
2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz
greek yogurt
1 1/2 lb
tater tots, frozen
1 medium
onion, chopped
2 clove


1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground meat then cook onion and garlic in with the meat just until they are softened. Put in a dutch oven (this works better than a regular casserole dish).
2Pour tomatoes and corn (with juices) on top of meat. Then spread yogurt over the top of meat and vegetables. Spread cheese over the top of yogurt. Season with salt and pepper to your tastes. Then top casserole with tater tots (cover the whole top).
3Cook uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour until tater tots are crispy and everything is heated thru. Let sit for 10 minutes then serve.
