My family loves this quick and easy dinner. I serve it with cold wedges of iceberg lettuce drizzled with lite blue cheese dressing.

Ingredients
- 10 ounces lean ground beef
- 8 - cremini mushrooms, quartered
- 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
- 6 sprigs thyme, leaves
- 1 - refrigerated pie crust
- 4 ounces gorgonzola cheese
- - salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
How To Make hamburger tart

Step 1Heat oven to 425 degrees. Cook beef, mushrooms, garlic and onion until beef is just barley browned. Drain fat. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2Roll crust out to about 14 inch round. Put on pizza stone or parchment lined cookie sheet. Top crust with beef mixture leaving 1 1/2 inches around edge. Fold and tuck edges around filling.

Step 3Bake tart 20 minutes or until crest is golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with gorgonzola. Let cool 10 minutes slice into 4ths and eat!
