I took one of "Betty's " and made it mine by changing it up, as I don't care that much for mushrooms.

1-1 1/2 lb
1 small
1 tsp
minced garlic
1 can(s)
condensed chicken noodle soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz
sour cream
8 oz
egg noodles, uncooked

How to Make Hamburger Stroganoff


  • 1Put noodles on and cook.
  • 2While noodles are cooking ,chop onions and garlic and add to frying pan with hamburger. Brown hamburger and drain off grease.
  • 3Add chicken noodle soup( do not add water to either can of soup). Cook about 5 min. then add cream of chicken soup.Cook 3-5 min. more as you stir and mix all ingredients.
  • 4Remove from heat and add sour cream( you can use all 8 oz. or just to your taste). Drain noodles and pour hamburger mixture into noodles. Mix well and enjoy!
  • 5This is good served with a salad and buttered bread.
