I took one of "Betty's " and made it mine by changing it up, as I don't care that much for mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 pounds hamburger
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 can condensed chicken noodle soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces egg noodles, uncooked
How To Make hamburger stroganoff

Step 1Put noodles on and cook.

Step 2While noodles are cooking ,chop onions and garlic and add to frying pan with hamburger. Brown hamburger and drain off grease.

Step 3Add chicken noodle soup( do not add water to either can of soup). Cook about 5 min. then add cream of chicken soup.Cook 3-5 min. more as you stir and mix all ingredients.

Step 4Remove from heat and add sour cream( you can use all 8 oz. or just to your taste). Drain noodles and pour hamburger mixture into noodles. Mix well and enjoy!

Step 5This is good served with a salad and buttered bread.
