Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 medium
    onions
  • 1/4 c
    margarine
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 4 oz
    muchrooms/ drained
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    sour cream

How to Make hamburger stroganoff

Step-by-Step

  1. cook and stir hamburger and onions in margarine for 10 min or until hamburger is brown, stir in flour, salt, pepper, garlic, mushrooms.
    cook stirring constantly for 5 min.
    stir in soup, heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 min.
    stir in sour cream and heat throught.
  2. serve over rice or mashed potato's
