This is a recipe that comes from a long time family friend. This is a quick and great dish to throw together. I serve this over rice, but you can serve it over the traditional egg noodles if you prefer.
1Brown beef in skillet. Add onions, garlic and butter. Cook until onions are translucent. Add flour and seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer, covered for 5 to 10 minutes. Add sour cream and heat through. Sprinkle top of dish with fresh or dried parsley flakes.
