Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 large egg -- beatened
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs or crackers
- 2 tablespoons hot oil
- 1 small onion -- diced
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 package brown gravy mix
How To Make hamburger steaks

Step 1Combine ground beef, seasoned salt, sage, egg, diced onion, bread crumbs, and 1/2 Cup of Beef Broth.

Step 2Mix well, shape into patties.

Step 3Brown on both sides really well and then add them to a casserole pan.

Step 4Top the hamburger steaks with mushrooms and brown gravy.

Step 5Bake for 30 minutes at 375.
