How to Make Hamburger Steaks
- Combine ground beef, seasoned salt, sage, egg, diced onion, bread crumbs, and 1/2 Cup of Beef Broth.
- Mix well, shape into patties.
- Brown on both sides really well and then add them to a casserole pan.
- Top the hamburger steaks with mushrooms and brown gravy.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 375.
