Dinner made with frozen hamburger patties. I made this with 2 envelopes of the gravy mix, but if you can find Southern Mills Brown Gravy mix use that instead (follow the instructions for mixing the gravy)

Ingredients

6 - frozen hamburger patties
2 teaspoons all purpose flour
1/2 cup onions, chopped
2 packages brown gravy mix
1 package dry onion soup mix

How To Make hamburger steak with onion gravy

Step 1

Thaw Hamburger patties slightly. Coat hamburger patties with flour, then brown

Step 2

Add 2 cups water the gravy mix and dry onion soup onions into a 13 X 9 pan add the browned patties.
Step 3

Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.. serve with mashed potatoes, green beans and salad
