hamburger spinach casserole

When my kids were little they would ask for "that hamburger thing you make" and I knew this was what they wanted. Imagine kids actually wanting to eat spinach! Simple and quick I usually serve it with buttered noodles. You can also vary the meat(chicken,turkey) and cream soup flavor to your liking.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 package frozen spinach chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can french fried onions
How To Make hamburger spinach casserole

Step 1Brown beef in saute pan, drain fat

Step 2Add frozen spinach cover cook until spinach thaws stirring occasionally

Step 3Add soup and cheese continue to cook until cheese melts

Step 4Put mixture into a casserole dish top with french fried onions and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until onions brown.
