Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons onion, minced
- 4 ounces wide noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- - garlic powder to taste
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make hamburger spinach casserole

Step 1Cook and drain spinach.

Step 2Mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk and onion in separate bowl and let set to soften.

Step 3Cook noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Step 4Drain.

Step 5Brown beef and drain well.

Step 6Add tomato sauce, sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper and noodles.

Step 7Heat through.

Step 8In 2 quart casserole, place a layer of the meat-noodle mixture (use 1/2).

Step 9Top with 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture.

Step 10Top with all of spinach and finish with remainder of meat-noodles.

Step 11Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Step 12Remove from oven and top with remaining cream cheese mixture.

Step 13Cover completely with cheddar.

Step 14Return to oven UNcovered until cheese melts completely (about 5-10 minutes).
