This recipe is something I came up with during the winter time..everyone was catching colds and getting sick..found something new to kick the cold outta their bodies...its delicious..

serves About 8..depending on how much you want to add..

Ingredients For hamburger soup/ stew

  • 1 lb
    lean hamburger
  • 1/2 bag
    carrots, frozen crinkle cut
  • 1/2 bag
    green beans, fresh
  • 1 can
    tomato paste
  • 2 c
    water to cover
  • 1/2 bag
    corn kernels, frozen
  • 2 Tbsp
    beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 2 1/2 dash
    black pepper
  • 1 pinch

How To Make hamburger soup/ stew

    First step is to brown the hamburger meat and then drain the fat off..if any..

    While hamburger is browning...turn crock pot/ slow cooker on low..add in your vegetables, beef broth, tomato paste and spices. Stir til well mixed.

    After hamburger is well done cooking, drain fat and then add to crock pot.

    Cook your stew/soup til vege's are tender..roughly bout 4 can add more spices or even potatoes if you'd like...make it your own.. Don't forget to stir occasionally..and then enjoy..I know my family and I did..
