This recipe is something I came up with during the winter time..everyone was catching colds and getting sick..found something new to kick the cold outta their bodies...its delicious..

cook time 4 Hr
method Slow Cooker Crock Pot
yield About 8..depending on how much you want to add..

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean hamburger
  • 1/2 bag carrots, frozen crinkle cut
  • 1/2 bag green beans, fresh
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 2 cups water to cover
  • 1/2 bag corn kernels, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
  • 2 1/2 dashes black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

How To Make hamburger soup/ stew

  • Step 1
    First step is to brown the hamburger meat and then drain the fat off..if any..
  • Step 2
    While hamburger is browning...turn crock pot/ slow cooker on low..add in your vegetables, beef broth, tomato paste and spices. Stir til well mixed.
  • Step 3
    After hamburger is well done cooking, drain fat and then add to crock pot.
  • Step 4
    Cook your stew/soup til vege's are tender..roughly bout 4 hours..you can add more spices or even potatoes if you'd like...make it your own.. Don't forget to stir occasionally..and then enjoy..I know my family and I did..
