This recipe is something I came up with during the winter time..everyone was catching colds and getting sick..found something new to kick the cold outta their bodies...its delicious..

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean hamburger
- 1/2 bag carrots, frozen crinkle cut
- 1/2 bag green beans, fresh
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cups water to cover
- 1/2 bag corn kernels, frozen
- 2 tablespoons beef broth
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 2 1/2 dashes black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
How To Make hamburger soup/ stew

Step 1First step is to brown the hamburger meat and then drain the fat off..if any..

Step 2While hamburger is browning...turn crock pot/ slow cooker on low..add in your vegetables, beef broth, tomato paste and spices. Stir til well mixed.

Step 3After hamburger is well done cooking, drain fat and then add to crock pot.

Step 4Cook your stew/soup til vege's are tender..roughly bout 4 hours..you can add more spices or even potatoes if you'd like...make it your own.. Don't forget to stir occasionally..and then enjoy..I know my family and I did..
