This recipe is something I came up with during the winter time..everyone was catching colds and getting sick..found something new to kick the cold outta their bodies...its delicious..

Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For hamburger soup/ stew

1 lblean hamburger

1/2 bagcarrots, frozen crinkle cut

1/2 baggreen beans, fresh
-
1 cantomato paste
-
2 cwater to cover
-
1/2 bagcorn kernels, frozen

2 Tbspbeef broth
-
2 Tbspitalian seasoning
-
2 1/2 dashblack pepper
-
1 pinchsalt
How To Make hamburger soup/ stew

1First step is to brown the hamburger meat and then drain the fat off..if any..

2While hamburger is browning...turn crock pot/ slow cooker on low..add in your vegetables, beef broth, tomato paste and spices. Stir til well mixed.

3After hamburger is well done cooking, drain fat and then add to crock pot.

4Cook your stew/soup til vege's are tender..roughly bout 4 hours..you can add more spices or even potatoes if you'd like...make it your own.. Don't forget to stir occasionally..and then enjoy..I know my family and I did..
