Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 3/4 cups beef stock, divided
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
How To Make hamburger sauce

Step 1Place the hamburger in a saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the hamburger is no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Pour in 1 1/2 cups of the beef broth. Bring to a boil.

Step 3Mix the corn starch with the remaining beef stock.

Step 4Stir into the burger mixture and cook until thickened.

Step 5Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice.
