Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cups brown or white rice
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 small onions, vidalia, peeled and chopped
How To Make hamburger rice w/mushroom soup

Step 1In a skillet add hamburger,onion,add some of the salt & pepper to taste cook till there's no pink,then drain grease off set aside.

Step 2While the meat is cooking, in a stir cook your 2 cups of brown or white rice. ( I buy the rice that's in a cooking bag comes 4bags to a box) I use 2 of the bags all you have to do is boil it for 10 min. drain the water then cut open the 2 rice bags and pour in the same stir. Add meat,cream of mushroom soup and remaining salt & pepper to the rice.

Step 3once all is mixed add your shredded cheddar cheese cover and let the cheese melt while you fix some side vegetables. Enjoy !
