Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 c
    brown or white rice
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 small
    onions, vidalia, peeled and chopped

How to Make Hamburger Rice w/Mushroom Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. In a skillet add hamburger,onion,add some of the salt & pepper to taste cook till there's no pink,then drain grease off set aside.
  2. While the meat is cooking, in a stir cook your 2 cups of brown or white rice. ( I buy the rice that's in a cooking bag comes 4bags to a box) I use 2 of the bags all you have to do is boil it for 10 min. drain the water then cut open the 2 rice bags and pour in the same stir. Add meat,cream of mushroom soup and remaining salt & pepper to the rice.
  3. once all is mixed add your shredded cheddar cheese cover and let the cheese melt while you fix some side vegetables. Enjoy !
