How to Make Hamburger Potato Casserole
- Brown ground beef until no longer pink and drain.
- Wash & peel potatoes. Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch strips and place in bottom of a large deep dish casserole pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Add just enough water to cover potatoes. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
- Slice onion and place over the potatoes. Place cooked hamburger meat over the onions & potatoes.
- Mix brown gravy mix with 2 cups of water and whisk to mix. Pour gravy over meat and cover with foil.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
